Name: Gatomon

Bio: Long ago in the Digital World (aka DigiWorld), there were a lot of bad digimon, trying to take over. It was said that one day eight children from Earth would come to the DigiWorld and save it with their special partner Digimon. One of the bad guy, Myotismon, didn't approve of this. He tried to steal the eight digi-eggs holding the special partner digimon. A human named Jennai managed to save seven of the eggs, but the eighth was lost. The digimon inside hatched all alone and spent many, many years waiting for someone. Nyaromon wasn't sure who she was waiting for, but she waited. After digivolving to Salamon, she was bought before none other than Myotismon himself. Not knowing who she was, the dark digimon beat her, mostly because of the way her eyes pierced through him. While under Myotismon's control, she digivolved into the digikitty champion known as Gatomon. She had forgotten everything from before.

Gatomon was ordered to find and kill the eighth Digidestined child, however when she found Kari Kamiya, Gatomon was unable to harm the girl. It was Gatomon's old friend Wizardmon who reminded her that she was the eighth Digimon. He sacrificed himself to save Kari and Gatomon, activating Kari's crest of light and allowing Gatomon to digivolve into Angewoman. Together with the other Digidestined, they defeated Myotismon. They also managed to defeat the Dark Masters, a group of four evil mega level digimon. Soon after this however, the children had to say good-bye and return to the real world.

3 years later, another human appeared in the DigiWorld. Known as the Digimon Emperor, he enslaved the Digimon and forced them to do his will. His dark digivice stopped the Digimon digivolving. However, Kari and 4 other Digidestined returned to the DigiWorld and discovered a new way of digivolving using digi-eggs. Called Armour Digivolve, Gatomon and the Digidestined used this to battle against the Emperor. Kari and Gatomon had just found their own digi-egg, allowing Gatomon to digivolve to Nefertimon and were returning to the real world when Gatomon was suddenly pulled away and left in front of a hotel she didn't know, all alone...

This digikitty's got attitude! Gatomon won't take crap from no one, and is quick to defend her friends. While unable to digivolve, the cat can still use her abilities as a Champion Digimon to bring the hurt. Gatomon's really a kind Digimon, but will sometime be cruel to be kind. She always means well and would do anything for her partner Kari.
